Social factor of a company include Health consciousness , Saftey ,

Environmental policy, education sector and cultural aspect . 

Reliance Company provide all this facilities for their workers.

environmental policy.

•HEALTH- Reliance Company has establish OHC (Occupational 

health centre) to provide education on health and awareness. 

They also organize diagonestic camp and health exhibition. 

Reliance supported their employee by providing consistent 

co-operation and cash-less facilities for their hospitals to one

 corner of the country to another. They also provide fully 

equipped hospital in all its major township. To provide healthy 

workplace and better environment they launch a program called

 CASH(Charge Agent Safety Health)

•SAFTEY ENVIROMENT-Reliance company also promote  

eco-friendly environment by conducting water conservation,

 carbon natural ,conducting maximum possible recycling and 

reuse of waste. Company also enters in Agriculture sector as 

Reliance initiative with e-plant clinic, which connect farmer 

about  the best farming practice with expert on real time basic to

 provide farming solution. The company aim to bring about a

 digital green revolution across the entire agricultural value chain.

The telecommunication sector of Reliance Infrastructures are 

increasingly hiring women employees to improve gender
